ABOUT JSR

Meet Our Founder

Hi, I’m Jays – the heart behind JSR. Working with children with special needs isn’t just a job for me—it’s a calling.

I have dedicated over 10 years to supporting children with diverse learning needs, especially those with more challenging behaviours.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education from Northumbria University, UK, which has equipped me with the academic foundation and practical tools to create inclusive and empowering learning environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on fostering understanding, patience, and compassion—not only in myself but in the teams and families I work with. Every child is unique, and I find great fulfilment in helping them overcome obstacles, build confidence, and unlock their potential.

What truly fuels my passion is witnessing even the smallest milestones—a child learning to express emotions more clearly, engage with their peers, or gain newfound confidence in their abilities. These moments, and the heartfelt feedback from families, reaffirm my purpose and inspire me to keep learning and growing.
